Refunds/Returns Policy

Return Procedure

If for some reason you think that the delivered product is defective, incorrect, missing accessories, and so on then please follow the steps below:

  1. For defective items: Send us a photo of the defective product with order no. at sales@weddingsparklersnow.com. Kindly include a short description of your problem. 
  2. For missing items/accessories: Send us a photo of the packaging/box you received along with the content inside the box at sales@weddingsparklersnow.com Kindly include a short description of your problem. 
  3. If you ordered an incorrect size/item: We do not process exchanges. However, you may return the items for a refund and place a new order for the correct items you need. Please refer to the refund information below for further details.
  4. Wedding Sparklers Now is not responsible for the customer not being informed before placing an order. Return fees will only be waived if the item the customer receives is defective or missing. 
  5. Wedding Sparklers Now encourages all customers to place orders with sufficient time for delivery to ensure your items arrive before your event. Please check our shipping times and plan accordingly to avoid any last-minute issues.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. No exceptions will be made for returns requested after the 30 days have passed. 

Delivery Delays

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions or carrier-related delays. While we strive to keep you informed with any available updates, Wedding Sparklers Now cannot be held responsible for such delays.

In the event that your order is delayed due to issues with the courier, Wedding Sparklers Now will not assume responsibility. We kindly ask that you contact the courier directly for assistance with any shipping delays. Furthermore, shipping fees, including those for priority and expedited services, are non-refundable. Customers will still be liable for any return fees resulting from delayed shipments.

Important:

  1. Customers have 10 days from the date of delivery of products to file a complaint about missing or damaged items.
  2. Customers must contact us about the complaint. A written complaint via email along with supporting pictures showing the error must be sent to us for investigation. (Product received, packaging, etc.)
  3. If the error is confirmed by the support team, the customer will have to return all unused products to be issued a refund.
  4. Customers MUST reach out to their venue for approval BEFORE placing an order through our website. Once the order has been shipped out of our warehouse, the customer is responsible for all return fees. Under no circumstance, we will process a free return if the customer does not reach out to their venue for approval before placing an order.

Refund/Replacement Method

  • Customers will have to ship the package in its original packaging back via ground shipping at their own expense.  If you received free shipping on your order you will be billed for the cost of that on your refund. Refunds will be processed upon the return of products and once the issue has been confirmed, the customers will receive the refund within 5 to 10 business days. 
  • Please note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded if the order has been shipped out from our facility.
  • For all returns, customers will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  • If the customer opts for a replacement, the order will be exactly made as per the original order details rectifying the errors only. The order will be shipped out in 1-2 days.

Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs

The entire order must be returned to the company by the customer in its original quantity and packaging as per the invoice of the actual order for a full refund to be claimed. The customer has to return the product, at his shipping cost for a refund. We will NOT refund if the products are not in their original packaging and quantity.
