Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed on the same business day if the order is placed before 5:00 PM CST. Orders may be processed the next business day if the company has a high volume of orders. “Rush Shipping” and “Priority Shipping” orders will be shipped out on the same business day before 5:00 PM CST (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer multiple shipping options with varying delivery times, depending on your location and the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-6 business days depending on your location 
  • Rush Shipping: 2-4 business days depending on your location 

All rush and priority shipping orders are shipped via UPS Ground due to shipping regulations for sparklers. Purchasing rush or priority is guaranteed to be shipped out the same business day. 

Shipping Options and Cost

We use the fastest shipping method on different couriers, depending on the customer's selected delivery date.

Delivery Address & P.O Boxes

We would require a physical address instead of a PO Box. We will NOT ship out your order until the address is changed to a commercial or residential address. Wedding Sparklers Now is NOT responsible for delays if a customer order has a P.O. Box as a shipping address. 

If the shipping address provided is invalid when the order is received, we will send you an email requesting confirmation of the correct address. Please respond promptly to ensure accurate and timely delivery of your order.

Delivery Delays

Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by external factors such as weather conditions, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for such delays but will do our best to provide updates when available.

Lost Packages

Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please monitor your package’s status via the provided tracking link. 

If you do not receive a tracking number within 24-48 hours after placing your order, please contact us for an update. We will provide you with the latest information regarding your shipment.

Reporting a Lost Package: If your tracking status shows that the package has been delivered, but you have yet to receive it, please first check with neighbors or building management. If the package cannot be located, contact us at sales@weddingsparklersnow.com within the same business day. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Resolution: Depending on the outcome of the carrier's investigation, we may issue a replacement or refund for the lost package. Refunds and replacements are on a case-by-case basis. 

Missing or Incorrect Items

Check Your Order: Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents. If any items are missing or incorrect, notify us within the same business days of receiving your package.

Reporting Missing Items: Email us at sales@weddingsparklersnow.com with your order number and a description of the missing or incorrect item(s), along with photos of the box and the content inside the box. We will review your claim and provide a resolution, which may include reshipping the missing items or issuing a refund.

Wedding Sparklers Now encourages all customers to place orders with sufficient time for delivery to ensure your items arrive before your event. Please check our shipping times and plan accordingly to avoid any last-minute issues.
