Shipping Policy

After An Order Is Placed

  • Once the order is placed, a confirmation will be sent to your email address.

Important Disclaimer

  • Wedding Sparklers Now is not responsible for poor planning.  Please order with enough time for your order to arrive.

Order Processing Time

  • We process orders on the same day if the customers order is placed before 5PM CST. Orders may be processed next day if the company has a high volume of orders.

Shipping Times

  • We offer 2 to 5 business day delivery options. You may select the delivery options on the checkout page.
  • We do NOT process orders on the weekend. Order will be processed the upcoming Monday if the order is placed after 5PM CST on Friday

Shipping Options and Cost

  • We are using the fastest way of shipping on different couriers depending on the selected delivery date of the customer.
  • Delivery options are shown in checkout.


  • Customers are NOT allowed to air travel with sparklers. Even though sparklers are considered novelty, they are still flammable. TSA will NOT allow you to travel with sparklers.  Wedding Sparklers Now is not responsible for any return costs if the customer doesn't check prior to their shipment.
  • All customers are required to check with their respective county and state to see if sparklers are permitted. Wedding Sparklers Now is not responsible for any return costs if the customer doesn't check prior to their shipment. 

Delivery Address & P.O Boxes

  • We would require a physical address instead of a PO Box. We will NOT ship out your order until the address is changed to a commercial or residential address. Wedding Sparklers Now is NOT responsible for delays if customers order has a P.O. Box as a shipping address.

Tracking Order

  • Once the order has been shipped, an email notification will be sent that includes the tracking number.

Late Delivery, Package Lost, Missing items

  • In the event that your package is tagged as late delivery and has been shipped, please note that once the order has been shipped and in transit, any unforeseen delays - our hands are tight, and we no longer have control of the package. Please contact the courier for assistance and other options.
  • If the package is lost, or status is delivered but not delivered, please contact the courier for assistance to file a claim. Secure the case number before ending the call.
  • Drop us an email with order no. at with a short description of your problem. Our sales representative will reach you within 24 hours.
